Patients and Visitors
This section of the web site aims to give you all the information you may need to know before coming to Northampton General Hospital. The information ranges from what you need to know if you are visiting someone who is being treated here, to what to bring if you're staying overnight and what will happen if we've asked you to come for an outpatients appointment or test. We hope you find it useful.
You can use the links on the left to select the information which is of interest to you.
Information for patients about your hospital stay is also contained in a bedside folder.
Our map| will help you to familiarise yourself with the hospital before you arrive.
If you require assistance with any aspect of your visit, or your relative or friend's stay in hospital, our ward staff are happy to help. Alternatively our PALS service can provide assistance with queries, translation services or access to our complaints process.
