If you require assistance with any aspect of your relative or friend's stay in hospital the ward staff are only too happy to help. Alternatively our PALS service can provide assistance with queries, translation services or access to our complaints process.
The Friends of Northampton General Hospital provide a buggy service for outpatients and visitors to the hospital who have difficulty in walking. The buggy is operated by volunteers and is available Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.
The buggy can be contacted by using any internal phone within the hospital. Dial 88 then 4501 and the extension number of the internal phone.
