All media enquiries and requests to film on the trust site are handled by the communications team. All hospital staff are advised to refer any direct approach from the media to communications.

For all urgent queries outside of normal working hours, please contact the NGH switchboard on 01604 634700 . The operator will then contact the appropriate manager on call.
We aim to respond positively and promptly to all reasonable requests from the media. However the trust reserves the right to decline media requests where these conflict with operational requirements or patient or staff confidentiality.
