Where should I park?
The nearest parking is Car Park 3 which has a limited number of spaces, including 5 disabled spaces.
Car Park 1 & 2 are larger car parks situated near the South Entrance.

We are situated next to Car Park 3 in area J, next door to the Cripps Post Graduate Centre.
Cheyne Walk is the nearest entrance.
We are a small friendly Department who encourage our patients to “drop/phone in” if they have any problems.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a urine sample if requested. Please also bring your medication list and blood glucose monitoring books if applicable.
How much time should I allow before my appointment?
If possible we would like you to book in at reception at least 10 minutes before your appointment is due.
At least 30 minutes should be allowed for parking
About the team
The Diabetic team consists of Consultants, SPR’s, Nurses, a Health Care Assistant, Admin/Reception Support and a Centre Manager.

Our Doctors/Admin Team are also responsible for the endocrinology and general medicine clinic held every Thursday in Out patient.
Patients and carers of patients with diabetes can access the service.
Referrals can be made internally or externally (GPs,PNs, Consultants/Doctors within hospital and other specialist teams including podiatrists). These are for all out patients with diabetes over the age of 15/16 years of age.
