What should I bring to my appointment?

For an appointment, please bring a list of your current medication.  If you use, or have been prescribed, medication for angina, chest pain or asthma (GTN, inhalers, etc) please ensure you bring them with you.

If you are diabetic, it is advisable to bring a drink and a snack with you.
