The UHN neonatal teams want to hear from you at their latest listening events for new parents

Description
Parents of babies admitted to the neonatal wards at Northampton General Hospital (NGH) or Kettering General Hospital (KGH) since Summer 2024 are invited to attend upcoming listening events. These sessions offer a chance to share experiences and provide feedback on neonatal care. The NGH event will be held online on 26 June 2025, while the KGH session will take place in person at Kettering Arts Centre on 23 June 2025. Senior neonatal staff, including doctors, matrons, and psychologists, will be present to listen and respond to feedback. All input is anonymous and helps improve services and parent satisfaction.
