The trust board

 

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our next public trust board meeting that is due to take place on 26th May 2022 at 09:30am, will be available to watch via livestream only. In the interest of safety, you will not be able to attend the meeting in person.

Please submit any questions in advance to the Trust Board Secretary no later than 48 hours before the broadcast.

 

Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust is managed by the trust board, made up of non-executive directors, executive directors and directors.

The trust board has a number of key responsibilities, including framing the strategic direction of the trust, taking financial decisions, monitoring and controlling performance, approving business plans, ensuring efficient and effective application of resources and operation of the trust’s services.

Trust board meetings open to the public will be held at 9.30am in the Board Room (Area R) on the following Thursdays:
