In 2009 the Facefax Association charity extended its services and opened The Dunstone Bennett Complementary Centre which offers support for people in Northamptonshire on a journey through any type of cancer.The complementary health centre is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who work closely with medical staff at Northampton General Hospital and Macmillan, providing services for cancer patients, their family members, loved ones and carers.

Services offered: Reiki; Indian Head Massage; Reflexology; Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage; Beauty Treatments & Advice; Counselling; Art Workshops; Support Groups.

The Peer Enjoyment Afternoons offer a supportive environment for patients to participate in a range of leisure activities to maximise enjoyment and quality of life. Staff and volunteers provide a friendly welcome with plenty of laughter and emotional support. Volunteers run activities with support of the Wellbeing at Cynthia Spencer Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and rehabilitation assistant

Requires clinican or CNS referral on to programme. Please speak to your clinician or CNS if you are interested in attending this programme.
