Batteries
Each battery should last roughly a week to 10 days. When your batteries have run out you can either discard them along with usual waste or take them to be recycled. The main high street grocery stores accept batteries for recycling.
Please bring your brown hearing aid book to the audiology reception. We can then issue you some new batteries.
If you cannot attend the hospital personally you can still ask a family member or friend to collect batteries on your behalf providing they have your brown book.
Alternatively you can send your batteries and brown book in a padded envelope using a large first class stamp. You will need to provide an additional large first class stamp for the return postage.
Green cleaning wires will be issued in the back of you brown book. You can collect more from reception or repair service.
