We pride ourselves in recognising the achievements of our staff and volunteers when they go over and above providing the best possible care to patients. Throughout the year we recognise staff through our Everyday Hero and Daisy award schemes and once a year we host our Best Possible Care awards.
If you've received care above and beyond your expectations or if you want to recognise a member of staff who made a difference to your time in hospital as a patient, visitor or staff member, why not nominate them for one of our staff recognition awards.
Best Possible Care Awards
This years Best Possible Care award nominations are now open!
Our Best Possible Care Awards celebrate those individuals and teams who make a real difference to the way we work and our patient care. Regardless of where they work or volunteer in the hospital, if one of your colleagues or your team, or someone who has cared for you, has gone above and beyond to exceed expectations now is your chance to get them the recognition they deserve.
You can submit your nomination to us in three ways; by nominating online here, downloading and completing the form, or pick up a paper copy from our information desks at our main entrances. Please ensure you submit your nomination by midnight on 28th June 2019.
Thank you to Northamptonshire Health Charitable Fund for their ongoing support and sponsorship of this event.

Do you want to say thankyou to a member of #TeamNGH who you think has gone above and beyond what might be expected of them?
Everyone who works in a hospital makes a difference. The NGH Everyday Hero Award has been created to recognise exceptional members of TeamNGH who have demonstrated compassionate care and thoughtfulness which goes above and beyond the usual within their role. The Everyday Hero Award, supported by NGH Health and Wellbeing, is open to clinical and non-clinical staff who has made a real difference in their role whether they work on a ward, in an office, or in our kitchens; whether their work involves patients, buildings or supplies. To nominate a hero from NGH visit our NGH Everyday Hero website or:
Our nurses and midwives are recognised through our DAISY Award.
